I started taking MZT on the recommendation of my son cause was up to 219 and having the usual health problems; high cholestoral, tireness. short of breath, etc. I was amazed that only after 2 days I started to see results. I lost 12 lbs before I had a hernia surgery and at the same time had lipo therefore loosing 10 lbs more. however, I decided since MZT was working sooooo well, I continue to take them and now so far have lost 30 lbs and my goal is to loose 30 lbs more.
