Thanks so much folks, despite my complete distrust these pills actually worked. I was 15 stone at 5 foot 10 size 18-20 on the bottom and 16 on top (such a pear!) and after a week I lost 9 pounds I can't actually believe it!! After such a rapid weight loss, the average weight loss came out about 3 to 7 (varied on whether I'd been out at the weekend and had a glass ofwine or two! Or been naughty and snuck in a creme egg or 5!!) pounds. Anyhow, it's been 3 months, I'm down to 12 stone. That's a stone a month NO excersise (i just don't have time for it!! I'm at the office 11 ish hours per day and on my day off i do not want to be exercising!!) For such a tall lady, 12 stone is bang on!!
